The pin he shows at the end appears to be a Navy E-type production award, given to civilian personnel who worked to produce raw materials used in the war effort.

That was actually pretty good. Sure, there were a couple of things a little dated, but they were on the mark. It was if the US Gov really worked and cared then! *shocked*

A little dated? The whole reason why this clip is so funny is the old-fashioned, blatant generalizations about women being overly sensitive, unknowledgeable, inept, jealous, and finicky. Yeah they make an effort at the end to make them seem valuable, but I like to think we've evolved a bit in our views on women and minorities in general.
